For us going against the grain..I sooo could've done a dainty cutey look, but I wanted something BAD ASS. So this is a skinny trouser look with some 'tude!!

I used the skirt as a neutral color and decided I didn't want to take away from the skirt, but I didn't want it to be too dressy. The navy blue and orange are unexpected pops of color that reflect a setting sun. The length of the skirt goes good with an ankle cuff so I decided to pair the two.

Are we allowed to cuss on SS? Well when I thought of this look all I could think about was being a Big Bad CEO! LOL I'm always drawn to powerful women in male dominated fields. I hope to one day embody that ideal. I am inspired by Patty Hewes from the show Damages. She's big bad and she thrives in a male dominated field! Yay to all our biz tycoons out there. Here's to you!

I am sooo loving this combo for the remainder of summer. Although I may not be able to pull off every jumpsuit; these things are versatile!! You can of course mix the jumpsuit with flats or stilettos, but I think this is much more classic. I guess the Most Beautiful Woman in the world agrees!

When I saw those shades..I immediately envisioned a sophisticated tropical city. What better place than St. Tropez?! The Gucci shades scream urban sophistication, with a tropical twist. The wood bangles are there to just pile on..yes I have two sets! I of course interpreted the beach sun,sand and water.
